Advantages Of A Vegetarian Diet

diet.
Vitamin C is present in citrus fruit, kiwis, tomatoes,
berries, peppers, asparagus, and many other fruits and
vegetables.
Vitamin E can be found in walnuts, almonds, brown rice,
wheat germ, seed oils, and other foods that should be included
in a well-planned vegetarian diet.
It all goes to show that a properly planned vegetarian diet
is nutritionally able to promote good health. In
supporting heart health, skin health, and limiting free radical
damage there is every possibility that your good health will be
